HiiFie provides an encrypted communication platform. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we do not store, intercept, or modify your communications. You agree that we cannot recover lost private keys or decrypt data on your behalf under any circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for your conduct and any data you exchange. You agree NOT to:

• Use HiiFie for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to exploit, bypass, or compromise the Veil Engine or our servers.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, or phishing activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

HiiFie is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall KetiveeAI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue HiiFie with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
